Our Community Impact
Our corporate social responsibility initiatives include charitable donations, tree‑planting activities and community partnerships. We offer all team members one day of paid volunteer leave annually, to support causes that are meaningful to them and their communities.
Our Village
Our Village is a not‑for‑profit organisation providing essential items to vulnerable babies and children. For many years, Michelin Australia has offered support through hands-on volunteering and donations.
Girls On Track
We're a proud Foundation Partner of the Motorsport Australia FIA Girls on Track program, a national initiative supporting girls and young women aged 8 to 22 to access opportunities in motorsport and the automotive industry.
Since 2020, the experiences we support have showcased the many careers available beyond the driver's seat, from engineering to media, marketing and commercial roles.
Participants engage in hands-on workshops, hear from industry role models and gain valuable behind-the-scenes exposure to the sport. Michelin employees participate in national events to offer mentorship and demonstrate the career pathways young women can aspire to.
