At Michelin, we often have 2 types of interviews:

1. Online interviews

2. Face-to-face interviews

There may also be phone screening.

These general tips apply to all forms of interview here at Michelin Asia Pacific:

1. Use your soft skills
Be open, friendly, and professional. Communicate clearly, listen actively, ask thoughtful questions, and feel free to take notes. This helps showcase your personality, interests, and career goals.

2. Know your resume well
Be ready to discuss your CV, career journey, strengths, and achievements with real examples. Avoid repeating your resume word-for-word. If you have career gaps, explain them honestly—they can also reflect growth and resilience. 

3. Faced an unexpected question? Stay calm
Take a moment to think before answering. Staying composed and focused matters.

4. Practice beforehand
Prepare in advance and treat every interview as a chance to improve.
